Innovative Vegetarianism
Started in June of 2016, BUBBLEPOP! Pancakes; was the brainchild of Sahil and Sunny. They saw potential in the street food market and decided to serve their own variety of pancakes. Their product customization took the industry by storm and they became the first and only vendors that served freestyle pancakes. Their first venture - a food cart at the “CEPT Khau Gali” (street food lane) - was a big hit amongst the sweet-toothed Amdavadis.
At Bubblepop, their customers relish tasty and fluffy pancakes prepared in a strictly hygienic way that is also eggless. They have recently added savoury pancakes & customized authentic east Asian ramens to their menu for the more diet-conscious along with a variety of beverages – hot and cold. This includes the very popular matcha latte.
Our Journey
Started as a tiny food cart in 2016 and growing all the way to a concrete bijour cafe. Bubblepop has been through a roller coster ride of thick-n-thin and has always bounced back higher than ever purely because of the never ending love & support of their Bubblepoppers!
